Meet Our Team

Carla joined our team in 2018 and instantly brought an energy that forever changed the dynamics of Baker Orthodontics. New to the dental field, she was eager to learn, and soon after, her passion for orthodontics was born.She immersed herself into Dr. Baker’s vision and philosophy and quickly became our office administrator. Her knowledge in management and health care made this role an easy one, but her commitment to our team and patients is why she shines in her job. She is a busy wife and mom outside of work, but this health nut juggles everything with grace. She has a huge family that she is very close with — this must be why she takes care of our team and patients so well!

Emily is our patient coordinator. She loves our fun, hard-working team and enjoys interacting with our patients. Since 2009, she has seen Baker Orthodontics as her “home away from home.” She is proud to be a part of our team, and if you come in, she will be sure to make you laugh! Emily has a big family that she is very close to and is a proud mother and wife. Crazy Emily is always silly and keeps us on our toes!

Julie has been with Baker Orthodontics since 2012. As a registered dental orthodontic assistant, she is an important part of our team. For her, the best part of being on the Baker Orthodontics team is how much everyone cares for the patients and one another. Julie and her husband have five beautiful children, and together, they stay busy with soccer, Girl Scouts and jiu-jitsu. A jack-of-all-trades, this mom can do it all! If you need the last word in a crossword puzzle, bets are she knows it. When not being mom of the year at home, she is the mom of Baker Orthodontics, and we are so thankful!

Committed to Baker Orthodontics, Lisa has been with us since 2004. Before coming here, Lisa graduated from dental school in 1996 and worked in pediatric dentistry, which makes her perfect for our younger patients that need extra care. Her peers describe her as a solid dependable and hardworking co-worker. Lisa is married and has three amazing children: Brody, Easton and Emersyn. They keep her busy with camping trips, dirt bikes and having fun at the lake!

Our treatment coordinator, Kari, has been working at Baker Orthodontics for years and often jokes that she has been here “most of her life.” Kari believes that every patient deserves a beautiful healthy smile, and she helps every patient step by step to make that happen! She shows everyone how much she loves her job daily! Everything Kari does is with love, patience and accuracy. These skills help her shine as a dedicated wife, proud mother of two girls and Jeopardy mega fan! Kari stays up to date on all current events and would most definitely be working at TMZ if she were not here at Baker Orthodontics!

Kim has been with Baker Orthodontics as an RDAOA for many years. She has used her knowledge and commitment to make us an amazing team. With Kim, it is all about the details! Kim loves her job and co-workers and considers them family. Kim has a busy family life as a wife, mom and grandma, aka “MiMi.” Her perfect day would be decorating for the holidays at home with her family as the rain falls. Her decorating skills can be seen in our office; she is our “decorating queen.” When she is not busy with family, she loves traveling, hiking and finding trinkets at antique shops.

In Development

Cierra is our clinical assistant and came to Baker Orthodontics with years of excellent customer service and a passion for learning. A crafty mom of two, she considers herself an amateur food critic and a huge Giants fan. It is obvious when in her company that she is meticulous, a bit of an old soul that is an ease to be around. In a way, it feels like she has always been here, and we are so ecstatic to have her as one of our team members.

In Development

You will see Taylor’s smiling face all over the office. A genuine jack of all trades, Taylor has years of dental experience that match her amazing customer service. She is an integral part of our team; her knowledge, leadership and willingness to go the extra mile are unparalleled. It is no wonder she is an amazing mother not just to boys but cats and dogs too! Her weekends are spent with family, barbecuing or making a new recipe from her cookbook collection. The Baker team benefits from her favorite pastime with break room snacks!

Daisy is one of the newest members of our team, hailing from Lancaster, where she worked in the orthodontic field honing in on her dental expertise. She is an intricate part of our team and comes in every day with a bright smile that is so contagious. Her favorite part of working in orthodontics is creating friendships with our patients, which seems to come so natural to her. When she isn’t working hard here, she’s either working out or hanging out with her cute little doggie Luna.
